केंद्र सरकारच्या माध्यमातून लेट खरीप कांदा खरेदी करणाऱ्या ‘नाफेड’चा कांदा अनुदानासंबंधी शासन निर्णयात समावेश झाला. मात्र दुसरा खरेदीदार महासंघ असलेल्या भारतीय ग्राहक सहकारी महासंघाचा (एनसीसीएफ) शासन निर्णयात उल्लेख नव्हता. त्यामुळे ‘एनसीसीएफ’साठी कांदा विक्री करणारे शेतकरी अनुदानापासून वंचित राहतील हा प्रकार ‘ॲग्रोवन’ने समोर आणला.
Nafed, which purchases late kharif onions through the central government, was included in the government decision regarding onion subsidy. However, another buyers' federation, Indian Consumer Cooperative Federation (NCCF), was not mentioned in the government decision. Therefore, 'Agrovan' has brought forward that the farmers selling onion for 'NCCF' will be deprived of the subsidy.
