राज्यात कृषी खात्याच्या योजनांसाठीही डीबीटी लागू झाली. परंतु खात्यात भ्रष्टाचार, गैरव्यवहार आणि खाबुगिरिला चटावलेली एक व्यवस्था वर्षानुवर्षे कार्यरत आहे. डीबीटीमुळे त्यांची पंचाईत झाल्याने काही ना काही कारण काढून विरोध सुरू झाला. उघडपणे विरोध शक्य नसेल तेव्हा मागच्या दाराने पळवाट काढण्यात आली.
